While the registration system has several features in place to try and ensure correct and clear data, ultimately, the information that gets entered into our system will be entered as you type it. It is critical that you make every effort to ensure all data is correct and verified before submitting. Incorrect entries will delay enrollment and will likely result in the need for phone calls to sort out the issues.
While we understand that it is inconvenient, the registration process is unique to every student, and we are required to collect the information separately. The registration system will try to help you with this, but there is no substitution for some duplication.
Registration, at this time, requires the use of two systems. The district registration happens on this site, and then the state registration happens on PowerSchool. A complete registration must be submitted on BOTH platforms for a student to be fully registered to attend West Fork Schools.
First, make sure that you are using the snap code for the correct student. If you have multiple returning students, each will have their own unique code, and they will only work a single time.
If you have a mailing address that is different from your physical address, please be sure to provide and verify both. This ensures that you will get school mailings such as report cards, progress reports, and critical communications.

A Snap code is a unique number assigned to each student. This number allows the parent or guardian of a student to access and update registration information from the previous year. A student will only have a Snap code if they finished last school year at West Fork Schools.
First, make sure that you are using the snap code for the correct student. If you have multiple returning students, each will have their own unique code, and they will only work a single time.
Second, verify that you are entering the code correctly. Sometimes copying and pasting will add an extra space before or after the code. Make sure that the code doesn’t have any sneaky spaces.
Third, if you are still having trouble, reach out to us for help. We can verify your code, and create a new one if needed.
If you are registering a returning student, you should have received an email from West Fork Schools containing the Snap code. If you can’t find that email or never received it, please reach out to have us verify your email and have a new one sent.
If you are registering a new student or a student that did NOT finish last school year with West Fork Schools, you will not have a Snap code.
Unfortunately, yes. Each student registration is unique, as far as the state student management system is concerned, so each student must be registered separately.
